Parents, drop the kids and take the night off! Free to Live and Dick's House of Sport are hosting a Parents' Night Out on Friday, June 19, 6–8 PM — a safe, fully supervised evening for kids ages 6–18 packed with sports, games, a warm dinner, prizes, and a movie wind-down. It's completely FREE for Free to Live members, all amenities included. Spots are limited!

Give your child a summer with purpose! Free to Live presents A.L.P.H.A. — Accountability, Leadership, Purpose, Health, Advancement — a FREE summer youth leadership program for kids ages 11–16. Starting Saturday, July 11, 2025, youth will meet every Saturday from 9:00 AM–2:00 PM for a summer of growth, friendship, and purpose.
Through mentorship with positive role models, real-world life skills, fitness and wellness, financial literacy, and character-building, A.L.P.H.A. helps young people learn, grow, and lead. A Parent Information Meeting is required to attend, where the program location in Pleasant Grove will be shared. Learn. Grow. Lead — this summer is theirs!
