  Our Mental Health & Healing Program provides survivors of domestic violence with access to culturally competent, trauma-informed emotional support through individual counseling, group counseling, virtual and in-person therapy, and trauma-informed coaching. In partnership with licensed professionals and community providers, we create safe and confidential spaces where survivors can process their experiences, develop healthy coping strategies, and rebuild emotional stability. Our goal is to reduce stigma, strengthen resilience, and support survivors as they move from crisis toward healing and empowered living.  

Healing is active. We create access to gym memberships, group training classes, virtual exercise communities, community hikes, and restorative yoga to help survivors reclaim their physical strength and confidence. By promoting healthy lifestyle habits and consistent movement, we support long-term wellness, stress reduction, and empowerment from the inside out.

 Healing goes beyond physical and financial recovery—it’s also about nurturing the soul. Through meditation, journaling, and breathwork, we encourage survivors to explore practices that restore balance, connect them with their inner strength, and honor ancestral traditions. Our programs create pathways to lasting peace and a deeper sense of alignment beyond trauma. 

 We provide workforce readiness training and digital skill development while serving as a bridge to industry-recognized certification programs through trusted external partners. By connecting survivors to internships, mentorship, and employment pathways, we support participants in securing stable careers and establishing lasting financial independence. 

 We invest in the next generation by helping teens build resilience, leadership, and emotional intelligence. Through healing-centered workshops that address real-life challenges, we provide guidance, mentorship, and supportive networks that empower young people to break generational cycles and step confidently into their future. 

 Financial stability is critical to long-term safety and independence. We provide access to financial education, budgeting support, credit restoration guidance, and wealth-building resources through trusted external partners. By equipping survivors with the knowledge and tools to manage, grow, and protect their income, we help them establish lasting financial freedom.
