About Us:
Free to Live is seeking experienced partners to deliver essential services in Weld County to support families and individuals in need.
Our Mission: Free to Live is dedicated to bridging gaps in mental health, physical health, education, youth empowerment, and domestic violence advocacy, elevating the lives of survivors and their families through empowerment resources and community engagement.

Opportunities in Weld County:
We are seeking partners to provide services in the following areas:

1. Domestic Violence Specialists: Deliver therapeutic support and participate in team meetings.
2. Mediators: Facilitate court-ordered case resolutions.
3. Mental Health Professionals: Address trauma, grief, abuse, and family dynamics.
4. Sexual Abuse Treatment Specialists: Provide therapeutic interventions for victims and perpetrators.
5. Substance Abuse Providers: Deliver treatment and prevention services.

Qualifications:

• Relevant certifications (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LAC, or SAFE certification).
• 2–3 years of professional experience.
• Familiarity with child welfare systems is a plus.
