Our Vision

Free to Live envisions a future where survivors and students are empowered in mind, body, and soul, equipped with education, supported in healing, and united in resilient communities that break the cycle of domestic violence.

Our Mission

Free to Live empowers survivors and students through education, community support, policy advocacy, and holistic healing, fostering resilience, dignity, and opportunity while breaking the cycle of domestic violence.

Free to Live for a Better Future

Mental Health

At Free to Live, we believe everyone deserves support that honors their story. We connect survivors with culturally competent, trauma-informed care and create safe, welcoming spaces where healing and open conversation are not only possible but encouraged.

Fitness

We promote physical activity as a powerful tool for healing and confidence. Through community hikes and yoga, survivors can reconnect with their bodies, find balance, and build resilience.

Spiritual Healing

Career and Educational Development

Healing goes beyond physical and financial recovery—it’s also about nurturing the soul. Through meditation, journaling, and breathwork, we encourage survivors to explore practices that restore balance, connect them with their inner strength, and honor ancestral traditions. Our programs create pathways to lasting peace and a deeper sense of alignment beyond trauma.

Career and Educational Development

Career and Educational Development

We equip survivors with the professional skills, certifications, and digital literacy needed to thrive in today’s workforce. By connecting participants to job placements, internships, and mentorship opportunities, we help them build sustainable careers and create their own path to lasting economic independence.

We invest in the next generation by helping teens build resilience, leadership, and emotional intelligence. From Survivor to Thriver, Free to Live

Free to Live in Action

On August 3, Free to Live joined the 8th Annual Aurora Day Backpack Giveaway — and the love, laughter, and community spirit were unforgettable.

We connected with incredible people, shared our mission, and celebrated the power of coming together for a cause.

This is just the beginning! The energy from that day is fueling what’s next, and we can’t wait for you to be part of it.

Watch the highlights and feel the vibe — we’re building something powerful, together.
